1. Introduction
LWGYML Series Intelligent liquid turbine flowmeter is a new intelligent instrument that adopts advanced ultra-low power consumption single chip microcomputer technology to integrate turbine flow sensor and display integration calculation. It has obvious advantages of compact structure, clear visual reading, high reliability, free from external power supply interference, low lightning strike cost and so on.
2. Application
Turbine flowmeter is widely used in the following measurement objects: petroleum, organic liquid, inorganic liquid, liquefied gas, natural gas, gas and cryogenic fluid. It is widely used in foreign LPG, refined oil and light crude oil transfer and gathering stations, as well as in the initial and terminal stations of large crude oil pipelines for trade settlement. In Europe and the United States, turbine flowmeter is second only to orifice flowmeter for natural gas metering. Holland alone has adopted more than 2600 gas turbine flowmeters with various sizes and pressures ranging from 0.8MPa to 6.5MPa on natural gas pipelines. They have become excellent natural gas flow meters. Although the excellent metering characteristics of turbine flowmeter are favored by people, it gives the impression that it is composed of moving parts with short service life, which makes it hesitant to select it. After unremitting efforts, it should be said that the situation has been greatly improved. As the most common flowmeter, turbine flowmeter has been developed into a large scale of multi variety, full series and multi specification batch production.
